I joined the "Hands on assist" course with Lina and it was an amazing supplement to my yoga teacher training.
It helped me to understand the different ways of adjustment and the importance of it.
We learned very helpful physical adjustment for many postures in practical way.
It was good to have so much time to practice adjusting in a small group during that weekend.

Thank you Lina for sharing this very important skills with us.
Every yoga teacher should join a course like that.

I just did the Hands-on Assist weekend Training with Lina and really enjoyed it!

The training was well structured, planned and delivered, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get re-inspired in their teaching. The topics we covered were all super interesting and food for thought. It was great to be learning in person in a group.
I felt super comfortable and at ease around Lina and the other participants. I loved how, during the training, Lina created a feeling of everyone sharing together, rather than a hierarchy.
We got to practice Yoga in the mornings and do theory and practical study the rest of the time. Her Yoga teaching style was super attentive. I could really feel she was carefully paying attention to everyone's individual needs in class.
The food was delicious, the setting in nature was beautiful and I love the training manual that I can take away with me all around the world to continue using as a valuable resource.
    Thank you!

Lina’s hands on course was a very good experience. She is the right teacher to do it with since Lina has a good balance between a strong and powerful, yet nourishing touch.

She knowns a lot about different types of assisting, how they affect the body and how to deepen into posture.
As a starting yoga teacher myself, I learned to assist with more confidence and strength.
I would recommend this course if you feel that you can use some guidance and improvement in assisting the people during your yoga classes.

You will definitely feel more secure and confident after the course !
