HANDS-ON ASSIST COURSE
This highly practical 2 days course is aimed at yoga teachers who wish to improve their observational skills, grow their confidence in the use of touch, to inform their teaching and offer a more fruitful and personal teaching approach.

HANDS-ON ASSIST WORKSHOP
Lina designed this 3 hour workshop specifically to empower yoga teachers to build their confidence and learn in a fun & supportive environment. This workshop is divided in groups of asanas: standing asanas, arm balances, backbends, forward bends, hip openers, twisting and inversions.

Weekly Schedule

Vinyasa Yoga
Through intention, pranayama, meditation and a flow of asanas, Lina’s focus is to guide the students to the alignment of their physical and energetical bodies. Allowing a better integration of what was practiced on the mat to the daily life.

Yin & Sound
Unwind with the glorious mix of yin yoga accompanied by a live sound bath. A long held, deep yin flow guided by healing sounds washing over you to release stress by reducing tension in the tight parts of your body. Bliss.

Moon Flow
This class is held twice month, every new and full moon. Chandra Namaskar includes 9 poses that are repeated in a cyclical nature. The result is a cooling, stress-relieving, and hip-opening yoga experience that draws your mind inward for silence and peacefulness.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts. Silk fabrics and/or ropes are hung from above to aid practitioners in forming shapes. Let's fly!

Elemental Yin Yoga
According to Chinese Medicine there are 5 elements that are fundamental to the cycles of nature and are reflected in the cycles of our bodies. We all have the 4 elements within us arranged slightly differently. The elements are Air, Fire, Earth, and Water. Each element is associated with its own particular season, emotion, and organ system.
