    I joined Lina’s Her Immersion Day.
    Lina is a powerful and strong space holder, who creates a container that feels very safe and holding to open to very vulnerable emotions.
    Her own willingness to be vulnerable and stand in her truth is inspiring and creates a deep sense of safety.

    She has a way of empowering you to feel and express, and although it felt vulnerable to join a group space, I actually found myself feeling very held and inspired by all of the other women in the space.
    I recommend Lina’s work for any woman who is ready to step into self expression with the support of other women in circle.

    During the workshop, I had the space to release all the emotions I would normally label as negative and frightening.
    Through many exercises, what had been hidden for so long finally surfaced – along with all the energy and vitality that fuels me until today.
    It is the part of me that makes me whole - dark, ugly, yet also beautiful, powerful and fearless.
    All of this finally found its place within the framework of the workshop.

    It was incredibly liberating and transformative to feel the wild woman inside of me and see her inside every other sister in the circle.
    She stomps within each of us, waiting to take her rightful, sacred place.

    Lina’s day immersion was a powerful blend of knowledge, somatic and voice practices around emotional release and womb healing.
    Held in a small group of women, we started by exploring feelings of shame and guilt, then went on to understanding and releasing our anger.
    Lina’s way of guiding us really supported me in accessing deeper layers of my feelings and being safe throughout the experience.

    Nourished by delicious food and surrounding by the quiet nature around, we spent the whole day opening ourselves more and more.
    We closed the circle with a beautiful womb-clearing ceremony where each woman was given a rose.

    The energy and the love that Lina put into this gathering were reflected in every little detail, from the space set-up to the flowers on the altar.
