Lina created a beautiful and safe space, where I felt there was room to be and express everything that I felt. I felt that every part of me was welcome, even the “ugly” parts, that I often feel ashamed of and suppress.

I was able to feel and let out more rage than I was even aware I was carrying. It felt so amazing and empowering to be able to feel this, my anger, my limit, and scream it out together, supported by sisters.

I left the ceremony feeling much lighter and able to tap into my anger more easily, to use it in a good way, to support myself and say NO when I need to.

The tools Lina taught us have been so useful and I’ve been using them since, to deal with the emotions as they appear.

"The ceremony was truly incredible for me.
I was not entirely sure what to expect going into it, but in the span of just a few hours, Lina facilitated a powerful session that enabled the small group of women who had come with various types of emotional stress and blockage to acknowledge, connect with, and release some of those emotions.
Through various techniques, she helped us create a safe container where we were able to hold space for each other, to be vulnerable and authentically connect through that shared experience.

I came away feeling slightly lighter and with more awareness of myself and my next steps in my own healing, as well as huge love in my heart for the others in the session.

I was surprised how well I could tap into the release even though I was worried before I might not be able to go into anger or even be scared by the release of other women around me.
It was an intense experience but at all times felt safe and possible to regulate it in a way that would be good for me.

I felt very safe from the moment I walked in.
We were guided in the perfect way to release our anger.
By first making contact with the other women with a sharing circle, dancing and singing.
It felt really safe to allow the anger and work through the emotion in the ceremony.
It’s now been almost a week and I feel so much lighter and happier.
There’s so much tension out of my body, my body is starting to relax again.
And I feel anger again, but in a positive way, as if I finally feel the strength within myself again.
So so so happy that I went!

We worked mainly on releasing anger in a women’s circle, it was an absolutely transformative experience.
It’s amazing what magic we women create for each other just by our presence, we give ourselves space for truth, for letting go, for growth.
We release not only for ourselves, but through our collective energy also for all women who cannot afford to participate in similar events.
Lina is wonderful, warm, supportive. During the circle I felt cared for, safe and ready to release what does not serve me. I allowed a part of me to give voice, which I buried long ago under the mask of an always obedient girl.
I feel that I have been reborn as a woman, I have regained access to my sacred anger, which someone once took away from me.
