For  this second edition of Roots Women"s retreat, it is an honour to receive you once again in our home country Morocco.

This retreat will be a precious mix and combination of different practices rooted in different traditions that have touched us deeply and had an impact on our way of life and relating with everything that is alive.

How much we love that. How much beauty can emanate from those moments out of time and space. How much impact can we have and difference can we make when we decide to unite and truly meet in love and compassion. How much depth can be experienced in joy and laughter.

Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine all those women choosing to gather and grow together everywhere in the world. Feel how it is slowly weaved into one beautiful tapestry. 

What would it look like when we learn the true meaning of sisterhood and we take full responsibility for our individual experience?

WHO ARE WE?

We are Lina & Dina.

We know each other for 25 years. A deep friendship that requires care, love and attention.
Many people call us Tic & Tac.

Our relationship is one of our biggest teacher. Together we have learnt the true meaning of sisterhood, the power of uncomfortable conversations and the necessity of transparency.

Our relationship is also the most precious gift in each other´s lives. And offering the fruits of our individual work in service to women’s freedom and growth is a mission we share,

Our individual experiences guided us to the same direction. We have acquired over the past 10 years powerful tools and practices and invaluable experience through the work we have been offering and the one we have received.

We are passionate about expression in all its forms and manifestations.
Music unites us and we try our best everyday to walk with grace and respect for all that lives.

THE PLACE
The Serai Essaouira

“Between the forest and a deserted beach lies the Serai, where nothing disturbs the silence, and nothing troubles the eye.”

The Serai is a traditionally built sanctuary from the modern world. Set amidst a tiny and very traditional fishing & farming community, this kasbah of rock, earth and lime offers discerning travelers an immersive experience of slow living and slow food wrapped in profound silence.
We take time and care to find the perfect places to host you and offer you a unique experience in all the ways.
This one is one of a kind.
Marc and Ayelen took 15 years to build this paradise facing the ocean.
The attention is felt in every corner. Their hands are felt on every stone.

The place is located around 20 minutes away from Essaouira, one of the most beautiful, unique and inspiring cities of Morocco.
And 10 min from the beach with breathtaking view from the house.

If you do not have the financial capacity and would like to join, please reach out.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.

In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and can be transferred to any other retreat of your choice held by Dina or Lina.
